The job begins anywhere from 8:30 in the morning to nine in the morning till 3:57 PM hours can vary sometimes. Monday through Friday. Option for weekend work. We offer very competitive as well as quarterly bonuses, which is based off performance and attendance. We provide all supplies and employees provide their vehicle. Employees must have a reliable car, license and dependable childcare. In the event. There is no school or kids are sick. Dependability and quality are the two biggest factors in this job.Training is provided. And experience is a must.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, , windows, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate tools and cleaning agents
- Disinfect surfaces and high-touch zones to promote hygiene and prevent the spread of germs
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and break areas in commercial properties.
- Maintain cleaning equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and reporting any malfunctions or needs for repairs
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete cleaning checklists and logs accurately to document completed tasks and areas serviced
- Respond promptly to special cleaning requests or spillages to ensure continuous cleanliness throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential, commercial and AirBnB cleaning iis preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates . Pay will start at according to experience and quality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of cleaning chemicals is a plus
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
