Your Role
The Director of Enterprise Data, Analytics, and Evaluation is responsible for the integrity and consistency of the data Near North Health uses to make decisions and to rep ort its performance, and for the evaluation infrastructure that measures and demonstrates program impact. The scope spans the whole organization: clinical quality, financial performance, grants and research, workforce, and operations.

Compensation
Compensation is determined based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and education, within the established range for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements will typically start at the entry level of the range, with additional qualifications reflected in the final compensation package.
