Full-Time In Office | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Texarkana, TX

Near Me Roofing & Contracting is a growing, family-owned roofing company serving Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We are seeking an experienced Roof Sales Manager to lead our sales team, enforce processes, and drive consistent performance across all markets. This is an office-based leadership role with occasional field involvement (ride-alongs, escalations, training support).

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor roofing sales representatives
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings, performance reviews, and ride-alongs
  • Set individual and team sales goals aligned with company revenue targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques, objection handling, and insurance claim processes
  • Maintain accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and consistent follow-up

Sales Process & Performance

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead assignment to job approval
  • Ensure sales reps follow company processes for:
  • Inspections
  • Photos
  • Measurements
  • EagleView reports
  • CRM documentation
  • Contract procedures
  • Monitor closing rates, lead conversion, contract accuracy, and production readiness
  • Create and enforce scripts, sales presentations, and standard operating procedures

Customer Experience

  • Ensure all customers receive timely communication, professional service, and consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle
  • Handle escalated customer issues, complaints, and reinspection requests
  • Support sales reps when working with difficult insurance adjusters or complex claims

Insurance Claim Oversight

  • Train and guide the team on insurance processes, supplementing, code upgrades, and documentation requirements
  • Review adjuster summaries, scopes, and photos to verify accuracy and identify missing items
  • Communicate with insurance carriers as needed for supplements, reinspections, and documentation

Marketing & Lead Management

  • Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate lead sources and conversion performance
  • Track inbound and outbound leads, ensuring fair assignment and maximum rep utilization
  • Help develop canvassing strategies, storm-response plans, and seasonal sales campaigns

Production Coordination

  • Work with production managers to ensure job readiness, accurate material orders, and complete job files
  • Confirm that contract pricing, materials, and scope are correct before turning jobs over to production
  • Assist in resolving jobsite issues related to sales expectations versus production realities

Financial Accountability

  • Monitor sales budgets, commissions, discounts, and profit margins
  • Approve pricing adjustments, upgrades, and negotiable items
  • Ensure contracts are profitable and scopes align with installation requirements

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, job notes, and documentation
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for ownership
  • Ensure team adherence to safety protocols, legal requirements, and ethical sales standards

Professional Development

  • Stay up to date on roofing products, installation practices, building codes, and insurance guidelines
  • Attend manufacturer trainings, industry conferences, and certification programs
  • Encourage team participation in ongoing training and certification opportunities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales management experience
  • Roofing sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, CompanyCam, and Google Sheets
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $45,000 – $65,000 (DOE)
  • Quarterly performance bonuses

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
