Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to optimize costs and reduce waste.
- Supervise and train team members on food service procedures, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), customer service excellence, and food safety protocols.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop staff to foster a motivated and skilled team environment.
- Monitor customer feedback and address concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with culinary staff on menu planning, food production, catering events, and special banquets or events.
- Implement training & development programs to elevate team performance in hospitality management and food industry best practices.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, cash handling procedures, and food industry regulations.
- Ability to lead under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with catering services or banquet operations is advantageous.
