Compensation will be based on credentials and experience. Sales based quarterly bonus potential of $2500.00-$4000.00. Eligible for the following additional benefits: discounted services and product discounts, along with 401K for the employee.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Perform a range of facial and skincare treatments, including Hydrafacials, DiamondGlow™, chemical peels, and microneedling.
- Proficiency in advanced laser technologies, such as BBL, Resolve, CO2 resurfacing, laser hair removal, and Exilis.
- Administer body contouring treatments, including CoolSculpting, EMSCULPT NEO, and EMSELLA.
- Provide personalized consultations and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s aesthetic goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of medical-grade skincare products, including SkinMedica, Alastin, Epionce, and ZO Skin Health.

Requirements:
- Active Oregon Advanced Aesthetician License in good standing.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and discretion in all interactions with patients, staff, and leadership.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while delivering excellent patient care.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all patients, staff, and organizational matters in compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare regulations.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask effectively and perform in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- · Team-oriented attitude, contributing to a respectful, positive, and non-toxic workplace culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 Years working as an Advanced Aesthetician
- Proven ability to develop and retain a patient base through education, trust-building, and service excellence.
- Sales-driven with a desire to meet or exceed individual and clinic performance goals.
- Demonstrated skill in educating patients clearly and concisely about treatments, skincare, and outcomes.
- Fosters collaboration and supports an environment that encourages patient-centered care and staff well-being.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards, laws, and best practices (HIPAA, OSHA, safety protocols).
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Have full-range torso rotation.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Work Environment:

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
