Role Description
We are seeking a Master Technician for a full-time, on-site position based in Pasadena, MD. This role involves diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of automotive systems, performing complex vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring that services adhere to quality standards. The Master Technician will also mentor and support junior technicians while collaborating with the service and parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely job completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and complex automotive repair
- Experience with advanced diagnostic equipment and tools
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance procedures, OEM repair specifications, and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to mentor and support junior technicians
- ASE certifications or equivalent qualifications are preferred
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a team-oriented mindset
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
