What You'll Do
As an Appointment Setter (SDR), you'll be the first impression for homeowners who have already expressed interest in our services.
Your responsibilities include:
- Answering and calling warm inbound leads within minutes of inquiry
- Following up with homeowners until they schedule an appointment
- Qualifying prospects and booking appointments for our Outside Sales Consultants
- Managing leads and documenting conversations in our CRM
- Consistently hitting daily outreach activity goals
- Meeting weekly and monthly appointment targets
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
Compensation
$45,000-$70,000 annually
Your compensation includes:
- Competitive base salary
