Responsibilities
- Assist in the framing, siding, roofing, and finishing work on new home constructions under the supervision of experienced team members
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively to support various construction tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency throughout each phase of construction
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Support material handling, including loading, unloading, and organizing supplies on-site
- Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to stay informed about best practices in residential building
Skills
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of construction processes or previous experience in building trades is a plus but not required
