Job Description
We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our underground utility construction crew. This position involves hands-on work installing telecommunications infrastructure. Ideal candidates are hardworking, safety-minded, and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation and repair of underground telecom utilities
- Perform manual labor including digging, trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup
- Work around heavy equipment and construction tools safely
- Follow job site safety procedures and company policies
- Support equipment operators and crew leads as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean driving record is mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold
- Must be physically capable of heavy labor and comfortable getting dirty
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience operating or assisting with a mini excavator
- Prior underground utility or construction experience
