Your morning starts by mapping out improvements to our quality assurance processes, translating standards into practical procedures that keep our products compliant and consistent. Before lunch, you’re on the floor conducting targeted inspections and audits, spotting trends and opportunities others might miss. In the afternoon, you’re in a cross-functional huddle—partnering with engineering, operations, and supply chain—to resolve quality concerns, align on corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. You wrap up by turning raw data into insight-packed dashboards and reports, then presenting your findings and recommendations to leadership. What you’ll do Design, refine, and roll out quality assurance processes and procedures to drive product compliance and reliability.Plan and execute regular inspections and internal audits to surface gaps and prioritize improvements.Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues at the root cause.Analyze metrics to fuel continuous improvement initiatives and measurable performance gains.Prepare detailed quality performance reports and present insights to management.Contribute to training program development to strengthen company-wide quality awareness.Monitor evolving industry standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
