Help us deliver mission‑critical components with uncompromising accuracy. As a Precision CNC Programmer–Operator (Milling), you’ll own end‑to‑end setups, production, and quality on advanced mills and support lathes as needed.
Your Impact
- Transform drawings/specs into precise machined parts using G‑code and best‑in‑class setups.
- Perform first‑piece, in‑process, and final inspections to verify conformance.
- Optimize cycle times and surface finishes through tooling, offsets, and parameter adjustments.
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues; complete routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production on continuous improvement.
- Keep the work area orderly and safe; follow established safety procedures.
What It Takes
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education preferred.
- Demonstrated CNC machining experience with strong milling background.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality standards.
- Comfort working both independently and within a team at a fast pace.
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
Physical Demands
- Standing for long durations; repetitive motions as required.
- Fine motor skills for small components and precision instruments.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
