What You’ll Do- Set up, program, and run CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
- Interpret drawings, GD&T, and specifications to determine the best approach.
- Verify parts with thorough in-process and final inspections.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with engineering and production to improve processes, tooling, and cycle times.
- Keep your area organized and operate with strict adherence to safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical machining education preferred.
- Proven CNC machining background with strong milling expertise.
- Ability to read and apply blueprints/technical drawings accurately.
- Detail-focused mindset and commitment to quality.
- Team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive approach.
- Standing for long periods; repetitive motions as needed.
- Fine motor skills for small parts and tooling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
