As a Administrative Assistant, responsibilities will include responding to emails, keeping accounts/bills paid on time, managing profit/loss sheets, and other various administrative tasks.
- Respond and manage client communications
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating productions
- Manage bills, invoices, and vendor contracts
- Carry out various tasks throughout the week to maintain efficient operations
- Put together financial reports, maintain P&L sheets, and keep CRM up to date
- Provide feedback on process efficiency and improvements for scalability
