We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives on creativity, organization, and storytelling. This role is ideal for a content creator who loves to write, plan, and bring ideas to life through engaging social media, email campaigns, and digital storytelling.

What You’ll Do
- Create & Manage Content:
Develop compelling content for social media, email campaigns, and client communications that align with each brand’s voice and strategy.
- Collaborate with Design:
Partner closely with our design team to plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign assets across platforms.
- Storytelling & Copywriting:
Write engaging copy that connects — from video storyboards and post captions to newsletters and thought leadership articles.
- Plan & Schedule:
Build and maintain content schedules for NE PARADIGM and client accounts, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
- Support Campaign Execution:
Assist with content uploads, scheduling, and performance tracking using tools like Sendible and HubSpot.
- Maintain Brand Consistency:
Ensure tone, style, and visual elements stay aligned across all client and internal marketing efforts.
- Stay Ahead of Trends:
Monitor digital and social trends, identifying opportunities to elevate engagement and reach.
