Job Title: Professional Cleaning Technician
Job Description:
New England Customized Cleaning is currently seeking a dedicated, RELIABLE and self disciplined individual willing to join our team. The ideal candidate MUST have a strong work ethic, great customer service skills, also being in relatively good physical health is strongly preferred, in order to handle multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of “New England Customized Cleaning”across various locations, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our clients. This job requires employees to commute to different jobs throughout the day.
Pay: Starts at $17.00 for training in the first 90 Days with a review at 90 days for a raise to $18 per hour at that time and regular reviews/pay raises moving forward along with an employee incentive and bonus program for the ability to earn extra money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks after being trained, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming and scrubbing and sanitizing of bathrooms and kitchens within in an allotted time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following directions PRECISELY.
- Physically able to be on feet for long periods of time.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and move objects up to 30lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
