Are you ready to empower students by supporting educators? Join our team! NE Basecamp is seeking passionate, driven, professionally agile individuals eager to provide educators with the support they need to implement and sustain student-centered, equitable, and asset-based educational environments.

New England Basecamp (NEB) is an educational nonprofit based in Rhode Island. We provide customizable and affordable professional learning with embedded coaching opportunities for schools and districts. Educators leave our engaging learning experiences with strategies to implement the next day and plans for our team to support, build capacity, and sustain their practice.

NEB partners with schools and districts in the Southern New England region to empower educators and leaders with the mindsets, knowledge, and skills necessary to serve all students. We believe all young people, especially those from historically underserved groups, deserve student-centered educational environments designed for them to thrive. Our relationship-focused approach centers around authentic community partnerships to design plans that meet schools’ and districts’ specific goals. We believe in learning from and with each other, and we are committed to fostering collaborative growth with the communities we serve.
