- Education Required: Bachelor in either Industrial or Ergonomics, Mechanical and Manufacturing.
- Min Years of Experience: 2 years of experience ergonomics or industrial (ideally). Especially using CAD and auto manufacturing experience.
Ergonomic Risk Assessment & Analysis
Candidates need to
- Evaluate assembly jobs for injury risk
- Analyze lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and twisting motions
- Determine whether a task exceeds ergonomic limits
- Use ergonomic assessment methodologies and standards
3D CAD / Digital Human Modeling (DHM) Experience (Nice To Have)
- Candidates should know how to evaluate manufacturing processes in a virtual environment before physical builds occur.
- Any Industrial Engineering Work (Must Have)
Manufacturing / Assembly Process Engineering
The candidate needs to understand how vehicles are built.
They should be comfortable with
- Assembly or Engine Castings or Stamping Assembly
- Workstation design
- Material flow
- POU racks
- Dunnage
- Lift assist devices
- Operator layouts
- Manufacturing launches
Pay: $84,261.59 - $101,476.31 per year
