Responsibilities Include
- Outside Sales Representatives identify and develop sales opportunities using established database and other NDT - related resources. Schedule routine customer calls and develop strong relationships with R-CON NDT customer accounts.
- Develop your knowledge of customers’ nondestructive testing needs and serve them by professionally representing our extensive line of nondestructive inspection products.
- Demonstrate NDT Technical skills to identify and demonstrate products as-needed.
- Work closely with sales management to set achievable goals and manage sales opportunities.

Skills
Required Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of NDT experience, and a degree in NDT a plus.
- Technical sales experience desirable
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and motivated, have a natural curiosity and be results oriented.
- Lift over 50 lbs., ability to travel by car throughout assigned territory and the physical ability to comfortably walk and tour industrial facilities.
