* INTERMODAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *
This is a FULL TIME POSITION. Candidate must be willing to work 40/hrs/wk.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Oversee day to day dispatch operations
- Monitoring email and responding in a timely manner
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
- Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule for the next day or upcoming week
- Must be able to take and follow direction
- Must be willing to be on call nights and weekend (not always, we have an on-call schedule)
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to make quick decisions
- STONG communications skills are REQUIRED (verbal & documentation)
- TEAMWORK
- Multitasking
- Minimum skill of 40 WPM preferred.
- Directional skills is a plus
- Can work well under pressure
- Emotional Control
- Reliable, references will be checked.
