- Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet customers and confirm their reserved treatments or services
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and relaxing environment while providing exceptional guest service.
- Assist guests with locker assignments
- Restocking and cleaning locker room facilities
- Cleaning locker room facilities and relaxation lounges
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Prior experience in a spa or wellness environment
- Knowledge of various wellness and healing treatments
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
