About Us :

Rentyl Management is a dynamic and growing property management company specializing in the restaurant industry. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. If you have a strong background in Full Cycle Accounting , AP processing , Bank Reconciliations , Credit Card Receivables , and inventory experience with systems such as NetSuite and Craftable Inventory , we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage Full-Cycle Accounting .
• Handle bank accounts , inventory , credit card receivables , prepaids , accounts payable , and accruals .
• Maintain the general ledger and perform balance sheet reconciliations .
• Prepare monthly financial packages with supporting work papers and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure all reporting is accurate and in accordance with US GAAP standards .
• Provide budget vs. actual variance analysis monthly and year-to-date.
• Collaborate with operations to implement and maintain all accounting workflows.
• Oversee internal controls and enforce company accounting policies.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
