Job Description

Marco’s Pizza franchisee, Swami25 LLC, is hiring reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Store Operations & delivery team membersfor our newly opening location in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

This is a flexible, hands-on position that combines in-store restaurant responsibilities with customer deliveries. Team members will help prepare high-quality food, assist customers, maintain a clean and organized restaurant, and deliver orders safely and efficiently.

Employees who are not yet eligible to drive may initially support in-store operations. However, they will not be permitted to make deliveries until all licensing, insurance, vehicle, background-check, and motor vehicle record requirements have been satisfied.

In-Store Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take customer orders accurately and professionally.
• Assist customers with menu questions, purchases, and order concerns.
• Handle cash, credit card, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Prepare dough, meats, cheeses, vegetables, pizzas, and other menu items.
• Package customer orders and complete quality checks before pickup or delivery.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and supply organization.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout food preparation, customer service, and storage areas.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, equipment, and Marco’s Pizza brand standards.
• Support other team members during busy meal periods.
• Perform opening, closing, and general restaurant duties as assigned.

Delivery Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely, professionally, and on time.
• Confirm order accuracy before leaving the restaurant.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during each delivery.
• Handle delivery payments and transactions accurately.
• Follow assigned delivery procedures and approved routes.
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and Marco’s Pizza delivery policies.
• Maintain safe driving habits and a clean, professional appearance.
• Assist with in-store responsibilities whenever deliveries are not assigned.

Driver Requirements

To perform delivery responsibilities, employees must have:

• A valid driver’s license.
• A safe driving record.
• A reliable, registered, and properly insured vehicle.
• A current vehicle inspection where required by law.
• The ability to pass a motor vehicle record review.
• The ability to pass any required background check in accordance with company policies and Marco’s Pizza brand standards.
• A vehicle and driving status that remain compliant throughout employment.

Candidates who do not currently have a driver’s license must be actively working toward obtaining one. They must meet all driver and vehicle requirements before being assigned deliveries.
