The role involves data modeling, hierarchy management, and integration across multiple systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance of enterprise data. Responsibilities· Design and configure MDM data models, match-merge rules, and workflows.· Develop and manage data integrations between MDM, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms.· Implement data quality, survivorship, and stewardship processes.· Support cloud-based pipelines using Informatica IICS for synchronization and enrichment.· Document mappings, transformations, and data lineage for audit and governance.· Work with data governance teams to maintain compliant, high-quality master data. Required Skills· 4 years of Informatica MDM / IICS experience.· Strong in SQL, ETL, and API-based integrations.· Life Sciences domain knowledge—commercial, regulatory, or clinical data.· Experience with data modeling, hierarchy management, and metadata governance.· Familiar with AWS or Azure data services. Preferred Skills· Integration with Salesforce, Veeva, or SAP.· Exposure to Python scripting, automation, or DQ frameworks.· Understanding of GxP, HIPAA, or NIST compliance standards.
