Salary: Base Salary 60k Commissions (Based on Experience)


Employment Status: Full-Time (M-F 8am-5pm EST)

The Enterprise Audio Visual Account Executive at NDEVIO is responsible for driving sales growth in audio-visual solutions. This role involves proactive prospecting, effective CRM management, client engagement, and comprehensive needs assessments. Collaborating with technical teams, the Enterprise Audio Visual Account Executive designs and presents tailored solutions, manages the sales process, and upholds NDEVIO's core values. Success is measured by meeting individual sales quotas and embodying a commitment to excellence in line with company policies.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in commercial audio-visual solutions.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies, including AV systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and control systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record with enterprise accounts. 
  • Excellent communication skills with C-suite leadership. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors) and OEM partners.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel to identify and develop new client relationships, conduct onsite meetings, support existing accounts, and participate in training and industry events.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic and fun environment.
  • Strong desire to win!


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Prospecting and Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in audio-visual solutions through various channels, including cold calls and in-person interactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and prospecting.
  • Efficiently manage the CRM system by proactively overseeing tasks such as client tracking, sales tracking and recording.


Client Engagement and Needs Assessment

  • Establish genuine connection, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments through various channels, including in-person, on-site, and video conferencing, to fully grasp client requirements and expectations.


Solution Design and Presentation

  • Collaborate with NDEVIO technical and design teams to create client-focused, state-of-the-art audio-visual solutions.
  • Develop, present, and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients, addressing questions and aligning recommendations with their goals while guiding proposals and contracts through negotiation to a successful close.


 Sales Process Management

  • Manage the entire sales process and client experience from initial contact to project completion and beyond. 
  • Work with NDEVIO leadership to negotiate project terms and conditions to secure sales and maximize revenue.
  • Partner with the accounting team to support accurate and timely invoicing and assist in resolving billing or payment inquiries, helping maintain healthy project cash flow and client relationships.


Product Knowledge

  • Maintain strong knowledge of manufacturer products, solutions, and pricing structures.
  • Stay informed on emerging audiovisual technologies and industry trends.
  • Confidently present and demonstrate products and solutions to clients, clearly communicating features, benefits, and value.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors on product selection, pricing strategy, and negotiations to deliver the best solutions for clients.
  • Provide end user training and guidance to ensure clients are confident operating and getting the most value from their AV systems.


Sales Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.


Individual Sales Performance

Consistently work toward achieving individual sales targets that are established, reviewed annually, and clearly communicated. Demonstrate a teachable mindset by embracing coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
