Junior Architectural Designer
We are seeking a talented designer with exceptional creativity and communication skills to join our team. The position requires 3 years of experience. The Jr. architectural designer must be highly motivated and can work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing layouts and detailing drawings as necessary for various types of projects.
- Produce architectural drawings, renderings, 2D and 3D presentations/design drawings.
- Prepare and modify architectural documents, elevations, sections, details, etc. as directed by others.
- Work with the project team to execute projects on time and within budget cost and quality constraints.
- Coordinate with project architects and engineers.
- Become familiar with building and life safety codes and their correct application.
- Select fabrics, lighting, furniture, and finishes that are consistent with the design aesthetic.
- Request vendor quotes and generate proposals for client approval.
- Attending client meetings and site visits.
EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor of Architecture degree
- Minimum experience 3
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and V-Ray.
- A strong and diverse design portfolio is essential.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to develop existing client relationships and establish new ones.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- A willingness to travel, as required.

- Spanish is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
