What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Outreach Specialist position at NDAD?
NDAD is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Specialist to help increase awareness of our programs, build community partnerships, and support marketing efforts across North Dakota. This role combines content creation, outreach and event management to strengthen NDAD's impact statewide.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with referral partners (schools, healthcare providers, agencies, etc.)
- Support marketing content for social media, newsletters and website
- Assist with public relations and consistent messaging
- Represent NDAD at community events, fairs, workshops and presentations
- Track outreach activities and share insights with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, outreach or PR preferred
- Strong communication, writing, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Valid driver's license regular statewide travel required (ND)
