Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics Account Manager located in Crest Hill, IL. The Logistics Account Manager will manage and grow client accounts, develop and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing communications with clients, addressing their logistics needs, pricing freight, coordinating freight solutions, and identifying opportunities for increasing sales and enhancing client services. Additionally, the role requires tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving logistics-related issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Sales skills to maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficient in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction for repeat business and positive experiences
- 2-3 years of previous experience in logistics or freight brokerage is required.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
