POSITION: Resident Assistant

Resident Assistant Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be an NDSCS student taking 9 credits (academic year)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to get along with residents of various cultures and backgrounds
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and public speaking skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to respond to and assess urgent situations

BACKGROUND CHECK: NDSCS requires a successful background check for the selected candidate prior to an official offer of the position.
