MS/Tele Float RN – Travel Assignment (New York)

⏰ Shift: 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

📏 Radius Rule: 100-mile radius applies

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Float RN for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and comfortable working across multiple units, delivering high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments.

Candidates must be comfortable floating to:

• Med/Surg
• PCU (Progressive Care Unit)
• ICU
• Emergency Department (ED)
• Pediatrics

• Provide direct patient care using nursing process and clinical judgment
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including cardiac/coronary care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient-centered care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care
• Maintain accurate documentation using MEDITECH charting system
• Identify safety risks and ensure proper patient handling techniques
• Perform charge nurse duties when required
• Function effectively in high-pressure and emergency situations

• Active New York RN License (Required at submission)
• Minimum 1 completed travel assignment (No first-time travelers)
• Coronary Care experience required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Strong clinical experience in hospital settings

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• Strong leadership and delegation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient populations
• Strong organizational skills
