Key Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the rig fleet to provide field leadership, training, and operational support.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety policies, customer requirements, and documentation standards.
- Coach and support rig supervisors and crews while reinforcing accountability, professionalism, and performance expectations.
- Assist with staffing coverage, employee development, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Oversee rig readiness, equipment movement, inspections, and yard coordination.
- Review reports, tickets, inspections, and operational records for accuracy and timely completion.
- Identify operational concerns, support corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and support field employees professionally.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, participate in the random testing pool, and pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ten years of previous workover experience is preferred.
