Hiring Salary Range: $48,000 to $55,200 range annually ($4,000 - $4,600)
Position Location: Trust Lands Office, Bismarck, ND
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in managing day-to-day front office operations with a strong focus on cash handling, bank deposits, and customer service. The ideal candidate is personable, organized and trustworthy, with the ability to give high attention to accuracy. Responsibilities will expand over time to align with the successful candidate's strengths.
In this position you will:
- Prepare and accurately process daily bank deposits
- Ensure all cash handling procedures follow internal policies and compliance guidelines
- Maintain secure records of all financial transactions
- Provide front office support including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing incoming mail
- Assist with customer service inquiries in a professional manner
- Perform general administrative tasks including proper records and data management
- Work with the accounting and revenue compliance departments to coordinate discrepancies or process improvements
- Ensure all cash handling procedures follow internal policies and compliance guidelines
To thrive in this role, you must be flexible, and detail oriented in your daily tasks, be a strong communicator, possess solid decision-making and organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in your work. Work is expected to be performed in a proactive manner, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity. Must have strong administrative sills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:
A related Associate degree or two years of administrative work experience
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
