NC Water Heaters is looking for a residential Service Plumber to join our residential team. The Plumber will be based out of our Raleigh office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing & water heater systems.

What to Expect:
- 5-Star Plumbing Services – Provide stellar residential plumbing services to homeowners, realtors and property managers in the Triangle area, Monday-Friday from 8-4pm. Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Use our software to dispatch, invoice and document customer service calls. Rotating on-call. Work independently and with a great team

- Installing, maintaining and repairing residential plumbing systems and fixtures
- Rough in and trim out plumbing related to interior remodel projects
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
- Inspect and perform plumbing repairs and replacements
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests through rotating on-call
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Complete all required documentation in mobile app
- 5 years of experience as a plumber
- Good working knowledge of plumbing materials
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Good listening and communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and patience
- Physical dexterity
- Valid Driver's License
- Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship (preferred but not required)
