• Dates: Dec 15-19, 22-24, 29-31, Jan 5-9, 12-16, 19-23, 26-30, Feb 2-6, 20, 27, Mar 9-13, 15-20, Apr 6-10, May 4-8, 11-15, 18-22, 28-29, June 22-26, 29-30, July 1-2, 27-31, Aug 3-7, 10-14, 17-21, 24-28, 31, Sept 1-4, 8-11, 14-18, 21-25, 28-30, Oct 1-2, 5-9, Nov 2-6, 9-13, 16-20, 23-25, 27, Dec 14-18, 21-24, 28-31.
