You’ll be embedded with NetCov’s Finance team—the hub where data, strategy, and capital collide. This isn’t back-office reporting. It’s front-line analysis that informs leadership decisions, fuels investment strategies, and shapes the trajectory of a company scaling at speed.

Accountabilities

• Analyze financial performance, operating metrics, and market trends with precision and urgency
• Build models that don’t just crunch numbers, but tell the story behind them
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and next moves
• Navigate complex datasets and translate them into sharp, actionable insights
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, capital allocation, and performance management in real time
• Other duties as required

Qualifications
 

• 3–5 years out of undergrad with a degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• A proven analyst: sharp, analytical, and obsessed with details that matter.
• Nimble and resourceful—someone who thrives under pressure and adapts quickly.
• Comfortable with financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel (SQL or Python a plus).
• Located in the Baltimore area, ready to be in the mix with the team.
