Custom Sticker Production Assistant (Full-Time)

We are a small, family-owned business looking for two motivated individuals to join our team as Custom Sticker Production Assistants. This is a full-time position with strong potential for long-term growth in a supportive and creative work environment.
No prior experience is required — we are happy to train the right candidates!
Responsibilities
- Assist the graphic designer in reviewing and preparing customer artwork
- Edit, repair, and enhance artwork to ensure it is print-ready
- Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support additional tasks as needed by management
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is a plus
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
