NCTA seeks a Specialist, Digital Content & Campaigns who will support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns, while also driving creative content development and digital storytelling across multiple platforms. The role advances NCTA’s advocacy and communications objectives through performance-driven campaigns, compelling content, and innovative engagement strategies that effectively reach and resonate with key audiences

Essential Functio
ns:•Supports the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns— primarily social and Google search — including drafting ad copy, assisting with creative development, executing campaigns in-platform, managing budgets, and tracking/reporting on performan
ce.•Tracks, analyzes, and presents performance metrics across web, email, and paid campaigns using tools like Google Analytics 4, social platforms, and email platforms to surface insights, optimize content, and inform future strate
gy.•Supports basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO)and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts by helping ensure web content is structured and to maximize visibility in search and emerging answer engin
es.•Supports the development and production of short-form, social-first video content — including ideation, scripting, minor editing, and coordination with internal stakeholde
rs.•Writes, edits, and delivers compelling digital copy for websites, email, social media, and marketing collateral. Ensures all content resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voice and to
