Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sacramento, CA, for an Advanced Practice Provider. The provider will perform comprehensive medical assessments, deliver preventative care, manage acute and chronic pain conditions, and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, consulting with patients to develop treatment plans, and participating in care coordination to enhance overall patient outcomes.

About the Role
We are seeking a full-time PA or NP to evaluate, diagnose, and guide treatment for patients with spine-related conditions. You will work within established diagnostic and treatment protocols, collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary care team.
Patient Volume: ~17–21 patients per day
Key Responsibilities
• Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop differential diagnoses
• Recommend and manage treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines
• Coordinate care including:
-Interventional spine procedures
-Physical therapy
- Behavioral health/psychology support
- Responsible medication management
- Monitor patient progress (pain, function, quality of life, coping skills)
- Review clinical reports and treatment documentation
- Collaborate closely with supervising physicians
- Maintain accurate and efficient documentation within EMR
Qualifications</p>
Active PA or NP license (California) with national certification
• Current DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• EMR proficiency (preferred)
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare setting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
