Position: Techno/Functional Oracle Fusion Role - Subscription Management

Location: Atlanta, GA

An Oracle Cloud Subscription Specialist plays a crucial role in understanding and implementing Oracle Cloud subscriptions, including managing subscriptions, establishing billing processes, and addressing billing discrepancies, all while ensuring customer satisfaction and successful cloud adoption.

Oracle Cloud Subscription Specialist must have experience in:

• Excellent functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
• Good understanding of Quote to Cash process, Order Management features and how Oracle Subscription Management Cloud fits into the overall solution.
• Good Knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud – Order Management, Pricing and Product management and Install Base.
• Strong understanding of various integration points between Oracle Subscription Management Cloud with upstream application like CPQ and downstream application like Revenue Management and AR.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Finance modules, General Ledger (GL), Receivables (AR), and Revenue Management. Good Knowledge in configuring SLA rules.
• Good Knowledge of REST APIs and SMC table structures
• Good Knowledge about Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces, and Reports.
• Design and Development: Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle subscription, receivables solutions.
• Gap Analysis: Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.
• Testing: Develop testing scenarios and write test scripts.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve technical and operational problems in a timely manner.
  
  

These responsibilities ensure that the consultant can effectively support the financial operations of an organization using Oracle Cloud Subscription solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and create solutions using Oracle applications. Collect and analyze business requirements for Oracle Subscription projects.
• Conduct data analysis, reporting, and provide recommendations to improve business processes.
• Work effectively in cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Lead the implementation of Oracle cloud ERP system, resulting in a 20% increase in operational efficiency.
• Provide functional support for Oracle applications.
• Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Utilize data loading and integration tools such as File Based Data Import (FBDI), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.
• Apply hands-on expertise in Analytics, OTBI, and SQL optimization.
• Document and demonstrate best-in-class case studies of solutions and product usage by business.
• Deliver solution-related guidance to individual business users, address inquiries, and foster strong business relationships.
  
  

Main Requirements:

• Senior-level position requiring a deep understanding of Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and Financial modules.
• Extensive experience in implementing solutions and developing complex integrations for customers.
• Ability to manage both technical and functional aspects of Subscription Management implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for successful business engagement.
• Experienced Oracle Business Analyst with 8 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle cloud modules such as Subscription Management, Service Contracts, Install Base, CPQ, OM, AR.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in delivering enablement training, either in-person or virtually.
• Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle finance implementation projects.
