Senior Level Accountant

NCP Finance is a leader in the consumer finance industry. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with an established accounting background. An ideal candidate is looking for a professional work environment that is fast paced and ever changing.

Requirements

We are seeking someone with the following background and skills:

• Ability and willingness to work at multiple levels including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general journal entries, as well as preparing month end close schedules and bank reconciliations in a timely fashion
• Must have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and understanding of accounting close cycles
• Dedicated to assuring accuracy and consistency of work product, while multi-tasking among multiple partners and staying organized
• Ability to work independently as well as within the accounting team, ability and willingness to interact with other teams in the organization
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with accounting software systems, experience with Sage 100 is ideal
• Basic to moderate skill in Microsoft Excel
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 3-5 years’ experience in general accounting functions or equivalent work experience
