Responsibilities
Drive membership sales by confidently discussing Ncognito’s stretch therapy, massage therapy, and training membership options.
- Conduct studio tours, introductory consultations, and follow-ups with prospective members.
- Assist in scheduling stretch, massage, and training sessions while ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of all services and promotions to educate clients effectively.
- Build relationships through consistent communication, personalized recommendations, and a warm, professional presence.
- Track client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using our scheduling and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with therapists, trainers, and front desk staff to support an exceptional client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp on sales techniques, wellness offerings, and customer-service best practices.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is required (fitness, wellness, or hospitality experience strongly preferred).
Confident communicator with the ability to engage, build rapport, and close sales. - Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness with an energetic and positive demeanor.
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling platforms, CRM tools, and communication software.
- Must have full Sunday availability — this is non-negotiable.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and additional weekends as needed.
