This role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and operations to bring meaningful products to life.

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $250,000 per year.

What You’ll Do
- Product development from concept to launch: Define requirements, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering to build scalable solutions.
- Drive user research and insights: Understand the unique needs of unbanked users through qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with engineering, design, and operations to ensure product success and impact.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related roles: Ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Empathy and adaptability: The ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a user-first mindset.
- Strong communication and leadership: A track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and execution.
- Domain expertise in fintech or emerging markets: You understand the nuances of delivering products in low-trust or low-infrastructure environments.
