About The Role

As Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of core financial services that empower users in underserved regions. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we build accessible, trustworthy, and scalable products that unlock economic opportunity. This role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and operations to bring meaningful products to life.

What You’ll Do

• Product development from concept to launch: Define requirements, prioritize features, and work closely with engineering to build scalable solutions.
• Drive user research and insights: Understand the unique needs of unbanked users through qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with engineering, design, and operations to ensure product success and impact.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table

• 5 years of experience in product management or related roles: Ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Empathy and adaptability: The ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a user-first mindset.
• Strong communication and leadership: A track record of driving cross-functional collaboration and execution.

• Domain expertise in fintech or emerging markets: You understand the nuances of delivering products in low-trust or low-infrastructure environments.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $250,000 per year.
