The Marketing Industry Relations Analyst provides research, analysis, and coordination support for nCino's Global Market Strategy team, managing day-to-day analyst engagement activities and taking ownership of specific projects related to nCino's solution lines (Mortgage, ODAO, Commercial Lending). Reporting to the Principal of Analyst Relations, this role bridges tactical execution with project leadership responsibilities, requiring strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and understanding of how analyst relations support revenue capture in B2B fintech markets. Essential Functions • Manage analyst briefing coordination and relationship tracking systems, serving as primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics • Conduct competitive intelligence research and analyze market trends, analyst predictions, and competitor positioning to inform program activities • Support development of quarterly analyst engagement roadmaps aligned with product launches and go-to-market priorities • Track and analyze analyst report coverage patterns, mentions, and rankings to assess nCino's market visibility and share of voice • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with product marketing, sales, and communications teams to align analyst relations with business objectives • Lead selective analyst relations projects for specific solutions with end-to-end ownership from research through execution • Monitor analyst firm methodologies and scoring criteria to optimize nCino's positioning in evaluations like Magic Quadrants and Waves • Support ROI measurement and performance tracking by correlating analyst coverage with sales pipeline metrics • Assist in creating analyst briefing materials, competitive analyses, case studies, and executive-level presentations • Research emerging fintech analyst firms and evaluate partnership opportunities to expand analyst coverage Minimum Qualifications • Undergraduate degree and 2 years of professional related experience • Strong understanding of fintech, banking technology, GTM strategies, and financial services landscape • Proven project management and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent analytical and research skills with ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable recommendations • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis • Strong business acumen with understanding of B2B technology sales cycles and revenue-focused marketing Preferred: • Degree in marketing, communications, business analysis • Software and/or fintech experience   If you thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment, we invite you to share your passion, ideas and excitement at nCino. The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting, which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, proficiencies, experience, education, licensures/certifications, as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement.
