Responsibilities
- Teach Independent Living Skills
- Assist with daily living activities
- Ensure individuals attend appointments
- Develop and educate individuals on social skills
- Encourage leisure activities
- Enhance financial management skills
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED required.
- California Drivers License for at least 2 years with no major infractions in the last 4 years.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility with work schedule to meet company needs.
- Patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities.
Compensation
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $23 an hour to start.
