In this role, you will assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans that empower clients to navigate life’s challenges, improve their well-being, and strengthen family relationships. Position Description:

• Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates possessing a bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Salary range for this educational level is $49,000 - $63,335 and is commensurate with credentials held and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with youth and families.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
