About the Role

National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a Mental Health Professional, you will:
- Case Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely case records per licensing and Medicaid standards, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
- Crisis Intervention: Provide direct support during crisis situations, helping clients to navigate and stabilize through effective case management.
- Service Planning & Coordination: Coordinate and develop Individualized Service Plans with input from team members and stakeholders to align treatment goals.
- Trauma-Informed Counseling: Deliver person-centered, trauma-informed, and psycho-educational interventions designed to support treatment objectives.
- Individual & Family Therapy: Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing approved credentialing and skill set.
- Collaborative Communication: Maintain regular contact with case professionals, such as school personnel, social services, and juvenile justice representatives, ensuring cohesive client care.
- Professional Case Presentations: Provide case updates and presentations in formal settings such as FAPT meetings, IEP sessions, and court appearances.

Compensation
This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
- Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494
Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience (QP through Licensed Clinician).
This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with care teams as needed
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with the identified population.
- Licensure/Certification: Current QMHP-T (A/C), QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-A/C certification, or provisional/full licensure (e.g., Resident in Counseling, Supervisee, Associate license).
