We are seeking a full-time Community Support Team (CST) Professional Team Lead to join our team. Our programs include school-based therapy, outpatient counseling, psychiatric evaluations, community support, and substance abuse services.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Community Support Team (CST) Professional Team Lead to provide community-based therapy and case management services to adults with serious and persistent mental health challenges. This role focuses on empowering clients to enhance their ability to function and achieve their goals within the community.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation: This position is compensated using a piece rate model, where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service (e.g., individual therapy, group therapy, assessments) is assigned a specific RVU value, and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver.
Estimated income ranges:
Associate Licensed: $36.00 - $37.50
Fully Licensed: $39.00 - $40.50
*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education, licensure level, experience and other qualifications.
The ranges above are estimates based on productivity. Under this compensation model there is unlimited earning potential!
Key Responsibilities
Therapeutic and Clinical Services
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and reassessments to evaluate client needs and strengths.
- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based practices to support the mental health and well-being of clients.
- Develop and implement person-centered plans to guide service delivery.
- Monitor and manage symptoms through psycho-education and therapeutic interventions.
- Facilitate client referrals to higher levels of care, such as ACT services, when appropriate.
Case Management and Advocacy
- Assist clients in accessing and coordinating benefits, resources, and services in the community.
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and community resources to ensure service continuity and effectiveness.
- Educate clients and families on available community resources, benefits, and service options.
- Provide ongoing support for rehabilitative and independent living skills development.
Community-Based Support
- Deliver services in off-site, community-based settings to foster client engagement and success.
- Respond to client crises promptly and effectively, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, including service notes, treatment plans, and progress reports.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to ensure compliance with agency standards and client needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure: Provisional or Full Mental Health License in NC (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A).
- Experience: Minimum of one year working with the population served.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
