Working closely with Sales, Agent Support, and Growth, the Enablement Specialist ensures that resources, processes, and training initiatives are organized, accurate, and aligned with field needs. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, coordination, and agent-facing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Agent Support in identifying enablement needs across the agent lifecycle.
- Create, update, and organize onboarding materials, job aids, FAQs, email templates, and step-by-step guides for agents.
- Support the execution of training sessions, webinars, and resource rollouts in coordination with product launches and seasonal cycles.
- Collect feedback from agents, partners, and internal teams to improve resources and identify process gaps.
- Help manage ongoing enablement programs, including engagement touchpoints, milestone communications, and incentive communications.
- Partner with Sales Ops to review activation and performance data and surface insights that support agent enablement initiatives.
- Draft and maintain enablement communications, including playbooks, toolkits, and training updates for internal and external audiences.
- Support special projects tied to new product rollouts, sales training, and agent support improvements.
- Work closely with the VP of Growth and Enablement to ensure alignment with broader sales goals.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, training support, marketing/communications, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and basic familiarity with agent or channel partner environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials.
- Comfortable supporting training initiatives and speaking on webinars or workshops.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with CRM, LMS, or enablement tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working cross-functionally.
