Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up concrete forms using blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise dimensions and specifications.
- Install rebar reinforcement accurately according to project plans and safety standards to strengthen concrete structures.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites.
- Read and interpret blueprints, and technical instructions to execute complex Forming or layouts
- Collaborate with team members.
- Maintain safety protocols by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), handling heavy lifting safely, and adhering to site regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on concrete work.
- Skilled in rebar installation, formwork construction, and the use of hand tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for long shifts on active construction sites.
- Experience working with heavy machinery.
