What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIALER OPERATOR (CLICKER AGENT) position at Ncb Management Services Inc?
The Clicker Agent is responsible for manually launching outbound calls throughout each work day using Human Call Initiator (HCI) technology. This is accomplished by logging into a specific system from a computer and continually clicking a button to launch calls.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Manually click phone numbers via the HCI portal for the purpose of connecting calls to Collectors
- Monitor calls in progress and average wait times between calls to ensure efficiency
- Communicate with Dialer Coordinator or Dialer Operations management when wait times are high
- Communicate with Dialer Coordinator or Dialer Operations management when campaigns finish
- Other duties assigned by management
Principle Objectives and Expectations:
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be focused and not easily distracted to ensure HCI calls are being launched consistently
- Ability to sit/focus for several hours at a time
- Ability to interpret and adhere to dialer campaign schedules
- Possess a high level of professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience:
- Previous call center experience is required
- Dialer experience is preferred but not required
- Competent knowledge of computers
- Minimum HS diploma or equivalent
