  • Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience and capability)
  • Location: Brea Mall (1065 Brea Mall, Brea, CA 92821)
  • Qualifications: Bilingual (Korean & English), 3–5 years of retail management experience

Based on our proven success in the Korean market, NCAT is now accelerating its global expansion, starting with California. We have confirmed the opening of our second U.S. location in the Brea Mall, Orange County (scheduled for August 2026), and we are looking for a talented manager to write history in the U.S. market with us. [Key Responsibilities]

1. Team Leadership & People Management

  • Lead the in-store team to maintain service standards and make operational decisions based on real-time situations.
  • Establish labor plans, manage schedules, and oversee total labor costs based on sales targets and customer flow.
  • Take responsibility for team operations through attendance management, performance evaluation, and providing feedback.
  • Lead HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, and training, to build and stabilize the store organization.


2. Store Operations & Payment Management

  • Oversee all store operations, including POS, payments, cash management, and daily reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with payment/operational regulations and security standards in line with company policies.
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and manage the floor to ensure smooth customer service during peak times.


3. Business Performance & Sales

  • Manage store performance metrics (conversion rates, average transaction value, sales per hour) and take responsibility for achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies reflecting store conditions and customer characteristics to generate results.
  • Manage overall inventory, prevent shrinkage, and establish a system to minimize losses.


4. Brand Experience & Customer Excellence

  • Oversee the customer experience, continuously improve service quality, and maintain brand standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and VMD (Visual Merchandising) to align with the brand image.
  • Directly resolve customer complaints and issues to improve satisfaction and brand trust.
  • Build relationships with customers and expand the local customer base to establish a sustainable sales foundation.


[Qualifications]

  • Language: Proficiency in both Korean and English (Bilingual Mandatory) – Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of fashion retail store management experience (Experience in the accessory/sundries industry preferred).
  • Operational Skills: Experience in labor budget management and using scheduling software.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to mediate team conflicts and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for more than 8 hours and lift/move inventory boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Start Date: Expected mid-June 2026 – Includes pre-opening training and store setup period.
